Chiang Mai Day Tour Royal Flora Ratchaphruek
Experience Top Attractions in Chiang Mai with The International Horticultural Exposition Royal Flora Ratchaphruek
Tour Overview
Overview : The Ratchapruek Garden has become one of Chiang Mai’s most popular attractions since opening in 2006. The gardens were created as part of a flower festival that hosted over 3 million visitors and was intended as a celebration in honor of Thailand’s King Bhumibol, the world’s longest reigning monarch. The enormous park is located on over 30 hectares of land just outside the city of Chiang Mai, with floral displays from over 30 different countries from around the world, including: Belgium, Canada, Japan, Netherlands, South Africa, and South Korea.
The park is one of the world’s largest displays of flowers and plants, and it must have cost a staggering amount of money to construct such a fantastic display. This is one attraction that is well worth seeing; it is unlikely that you will see such a thing anywhere else in the world.
